Rebecca Vasquez
President/Executive DirectorRebecca Vasquez is a wife, mother, full spectrum doula with Labor of Love Doula Services. Through her work supporting women during pregnancy and birth, Rebecca has seen firsthand the difference compassionate, knowledgeable support can make for women and their families. With a background in childcare, community outreach, nonprofit involvement, and client advocacy, she founded the Labor of Love Family Foundation to help ensure that financial circumstances or limited support do not prevent women from having access to professional doula care. Rebecca is passionate about building meaningful community partnerships and creating a sustainable organization that allows more women to feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout pregnancy and birth.
Jean Daul
Jean Daul has spent more than 30 years in the real estate and title insurance industry, building her career around relationships, service, and helping others. Her passion for giving back has led her to serve as President of the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS® Youth Foundation and the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the board of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. She has been recognized multiple times for her contributions to the real estate and mortgage industries and remains actively involved in community and charitable initiatives. Outside of work and volunteering, Jean enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and four grandchildren, gardening, enjoying nature, and adventuring with her beloved dog, Poppy. At the heart of everything Jean does is a desire to be someone others can count on when they need a helping hand.

Molly Brochtrup is a wife, mother, and educator who brings both a personal and professional passion for supporting women and families. As a past client of Labor of Love Doula Services, Molly experienced firsthand the impact that compassionate, knowledgeable doula support can have throughout pregnancy and birth. Her experience has given her a personal connection to the mission of the Labor of Love Family Foundation and a desire to help ensure more women have access to the education, advocacy, and support they deserve during such an important season of life.
SecretaryMolly Brochtrup
Amanda Echols is a mother, experienced birth and postpartum doula. Her journey into birth work began in 2014, and since then she has supported more than 350 families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Amanda holds an associate’s degree in health and wellness and is the owner of Faithful Haven Collective LLC, where she has served families throughout southeastern Wisconsin since 2019. Through her years of supporting women and families, Amanda has developed a deep passion for improving access to compassionate, knowledgeable birth support. She brings her extensive doula experience, community connections, and experience as a business owner to the Foundation as she helps develop and oversee its doula programming.
